I'm not a gamer but when running multiple simultaneous VMs, It's Imperative to have enough physical available Ram. Virtual machines chew memory and given I have 6 running at the same time, 32GB Is paramount.

For myself, I'm running of 8GB of ram which is still low but, it's working out great.

There's no right or wrong, hence based on one's overall usability.

Provided It's serving your needs In an efficient and effective manner without any significant negative Impact, then that's all that matters. For myself, along with 80+ tabs open and multitasking, running simultaneous VMs chews my Ram. I cannot run anything less than 32GB.

Omg, running 80+ tabs sounds like my mate. He had over 30 tabs opened in TAFE and still does it in uni.

The meme Is a classic.

The tabs are open In multiple browsers, all equating to 80+. I'll be sifting through them soon- I believe there's a few that are not needed. 30+ tabs sounds about right for schooling, particularly during Intense studies.

He clearly said Openbox, so there's no way that he's using i3. Arch, maybe.

Depends if you use your rig for gaming, really. I used Debian on my main machine for 2-3 years. If you don't play games, it's great for productivity.

But mah adobe products...

Uhhm... I'll just leave this here:
