Very well said.

for the first one, you should be an author. Anyway, that is very true. being comfortable around her/him.

the second part is also very true, maybe even more true than the first.
Not that I was talking of "a little sad" but the principle is the same. I know you've been through this.

I've tried to write before, but always felt that I need to expand my vocabulary. Although, sometimes, I take a sentence constructed by someone, and intensify it. Give me a sentence and I'll show you what I mean.

"I like having buttsex." hahaha Just a joke, but I would like to see what you mean.

Love is( scientifically ) a stressor. That means that after a period of intense love, your body eventually depletes its resources, and you will feel the exact opposite of love, usually even stronger than the love. So it isn't the love, at least the emotion.

Tolerance for these ups and downs is what defines any relationship that involves emotion.

excellent answer.
However, I'm assuming that you're talking chemically?

I'd also define love for this argument, some of the definitions wouldn't fit.
e.g.
Love could be defined as the psychology behind caring for someone. You won't stop caring about this person when you have your "down" and only care for them during your "ups"

I feel that toleration and acceptance are a part of love. If you can't tolerate/accept the other person, then there is a problem.
