Yeah I got rid of the noise and exchanged it with a light scanline pattern instead. It's edited out a bit more, this was the first draft of it.

And who knows, lol. I got asked that on several forums but I have no answer to that xD

Another cool effect you could add would be if the blood @ the top would drizzle down, that'd be sick imo.

Looks good man, the only thing I dislike is the size or the bars beneath the "GENERAL" headers.
But other than that, it looks pretty sweet! Howmuch do you charge?
