Found a nifty handy tool that does the grepping for you so, if you have a bunch of dumps like .txt .csv & other, You are able to grep a certain term such as email, username and etc.
From reading it, You're able to have a website that you can use for searching.

I have an undermined amount of dumps that I've personally compromised In the said formats and more- with one as recent as a few hours ago from a major online ticketing entity.
