Chrome bring something new like firefox it alert notification when breach happens.

Does It notify about breaches In general, or only those related to your accounts?

I've looked at the specific accounts and passwords it points out and look try to locate these breaches but they're nowhere to be found. I wonder how accurate it really is. It doesn't give too much information
