I'm thinking to visit the dark web to look around but is there any pre cautions I should take before going on there ?

Yeah.. Unfortunatly a lot of people don't tape their webcam...

It's one of the first things I did when taking my lappies out of the box.
For the average user who simply navigates to Facebook, Twitter etc, there's no cause for concern.
