So the yodel guy took a photo of my parcel facing the wall of my house, with the package in his hand, it’s the correct address but he claimed that I had accepted the parcel. Even though I didn’t.. this is genuine how am I meant to prove that it has not been delivered?

The door is not in the photo, just held the parcel in the air and took a picture of the item, but saying that I accepted the parcel when I didn’t, I wasn’t even at home.

Couriers are known to incorrectly mark deliveries like this. Definitely annoying, but just proceed as any regular person. It's legit. Don't overthink it.

I don't see why not. You did not personally receive the parcel despite what the driver marked.

Perfect then. This is pretty clear cut as long as you didn't instruct him to leave the package anywhere safe. Email the company you bought the thing from and go from there.

I contacted the company 2 days ago The company replied today saying that they done there checks and contacted the delivery company and they are stating it’s been delivered to the correct address please check with neighbours and look around your property.
