Yanghua Jin and Jiakai Zhang recently released http://make.girls.moe/#/, a website which let's you customize and create your own waifu. Based on your selected options an image gets generated on the left. Sometimes the image gets distorted and/or blurred, but usually with a bit of tweaking you can get it to look better.
