Recently i buy cpanels host, but i have this :



I really need subdomain.

Please help me ^^

Stating the obvious, have you already added a custom domain?

If so, you will be able to create a subdomain that will be associated to the custom domain.

Addon domains Is not what you're after.

First you need to add your custom domain, and then the subdomain. Here's my cPanel In the Image below. Click on "Domains" and when you've added It, hit "Subdomains".

That's strange, I've added multiple subdomains without Issues.

Open a ticket with the host explaining what you're experiencing.

i can create subdomain ..........but if i want to access to it, i have this "Unable to connect to the server at XXsubXX.XXdomainXX.co".

I told myself that you have to wait a certain moment for the creation process to finish...no? where once created it is supposed to work directly ?

I'm glad the subdomain has worked. Sometimes It may take time to propagate (DNS Info to update across the Internet), so give It another 24 hours.

If you've added the subdomain correctly In cPanel, there's no further requirement on your part. If It hasn't propagated today, open a ticket with the host and ask why It hasn't taken effect.
