It's ugly because it makes no sense. The balance is shitty, the execution of the idea behind your logo in the way I interpret it makes it look even shittier. There is no meaning behind the logo so what makes you think there will be much meaning to the criticism. My gosh. Is it honestly that hard for you to understand?

Well, yet again that was more specific that what you said earlier.. 'w' So you just said something against yourself it seems. Now, if you want to be even more specific, that is very much possible.
