You really need to get better cooling. I have a fx8350 + r9 280x and when gaming I keep them under 35 at all times, and around 20 when idle.

I have a hyper 212+ evo it runs at 38 Idle but yeah I don't have a computer case lol

I also have onboard graphics which is linked (or whatever you call it, I forget.) with my graphics card.
