1.) I think this is against the terms of the provider for this PPC network.
2.) There is an auto clicker tool on here that might work for this on here. I'll update with link in a moment.

May I suggest project oblivion? It's 1:1 (with some free clicks to the creator, but w/e), and won't get your banned, because it's not strictly a bot.

Tried it out, only adf.ly and ad.focus.. Oh well, thanks for trying to help.
