On topic, @Skullmeat not only do you have patience, but with all tools on hand, It seems like you're doing a pretty good job. Cleaning the keyboard Is one thing I try to avoid. My main lappy Is putrid. The keys are covered In potato chips and candy, and a lot are not visible. I now realize that I'm not dependent on viewing the keys when typing.

Laptop keyboards are hell. I've broken keys on them when cleaning in the past.

I know, ever since my experience as stated above, I haven't attempted to dismantle them again.

On selected lappies, I simply clean the keys with KFC wipes. It seems to do the job OK.
