And by zero i mean zero. There appears to be no method of contact with anyone from the business.

There is risk involved but at these prices even if it just lasts a few months imo its still a pretty good deal lol

What do you mean by zero support? What if it's down or so?

I was in error. They do appear to have a ticket support system, I merely didnt know about it. They apparently have 2 control panels that are not linked together whatsoever. They use the same user/pass but the website account login takes you to a support center, and the account details they email you only has a link to the VPS control panel lol.

Seems they registered the domain in 2011 but launched the site just one month ago or so.

People are facing issues mainly regarding support and some default configuration (easily solvable). You can check their fb page: https://www.facebook.com/cloudatcost

It tells "They have a very limited selection too: CentOS, Ubuntu LTS and Debian."

I suggest don't go for a life time account. Just buy an annual subscription for 12$. And It is only good for playing around and not 2 b used as a production website server.
