I'm not sure whether or not there really is a good treatment, however the companies are obviously enjoyed this, it would make sense that they would prevent a practical cure to go out.

Maybe, maybe not.
Either way there's nothing you can do about it so it's nothing you should really care about.

If everyone in the world had your attitude. We wouldn't exist. People like you kill us.

It's about community; all standing together, as one. Take a look at some of the stuff groups like Anonymous, Egyptian citizens, Israelis, etc.

Cute, your aggressive stance was totally called for.
And whatever point you're trying to make is muddled and foggy at best; I don't believe I said anything about isolation or so-forth here.

No idea where your idealistic Kumbayah-ism comes into play here and why it required unwarranted rudeness.

If it's worth $160 Billion a year then it's making little to no profit in the UK because of the NHS...so if there were more cures it would be cheaper for the UK to heal people rather than spend money on them in hospital.

The NHS doesn't just pay out of it's own pocket. It's funded by taxes.

Yeah but at the same time it's still an expense, if they could treat faster and go quicker they would make more money because there would be less patients in care. Especially with budget cuts that are costing jobs etc.

This is true, but with people aspiring to be creators and developers, not many people want to be a nurse or doctor. So the employment availability is low.

@Cressi, may you share your view on this?

The NHS pays for people to become Nurses (pays the course fees) and whilst the employment is low at the moment (budget cuts) as a whole nurses can be used in all different situations in homes, private hospitals, etc.

Problem being that developers and creators are fairly limited in their way, and what with the grand versatility of them and the fact they are an extremely well developed asset, even down to the rookies, makes for higher pay, making people really want to take that route.

Nurses and doctors also have high payments, but as I've observed, the road there is much longer, the job itself has higher chances of more intense stress, and you must be absolutely stellar to perform as a doctor, whereas being a developer/etc. has wriggle room, because you can hotfix errors in computers but not so much in a patched up body.

As such I can see the creative job seekers increasing and the medical ones decreasing.
