Just a quick tip guys, the warnings on energy drink cans saying only drink 3 cans, are there for good reason.
Drank 6 or 8 last night. Got a huge headache and puked. (This is before I even started drinking). Then I started drinking a bit and got even sicker. (Barley drank anything lol) like one or two beers.
Went home and couldn't sleep, really shaky, still had a raging headache. Finally slept for 2 hours and got rid of the headache.
Lemme tell you guys, that wasn't fun. Read the label.

Yes, warnings on products are generally good things to follow. They wouldn't waste money printing a warning they weren't required to have.

Lol a friend of mine did something like this one time. He couldn't sleep for almost a day and a half.

I once did this when I was younger. I was at an internet cafe and I wasn't aware that I had been drinking energy drinks until after the owner of the establishment asked how many I had. I got extremely sick (nauseous, headache, etc...) and had to go home. I passed out shortly after. The labels are definitely there for a reason.

All you need is a healthy diet and proper exercise, then you wont have to resort to energy drinks for energy.

Why die on caffeine when you could simply use the wondrous amphetamine.
