I've been using https://sugoidekai.xyz/popular because it belongs to a member on here I believe so I figured I'd support them out of all the random alternatives. The site tracks where you left off too without an account which is very convenient.

It ads are a problem for you then you may try Brave Browser, It has a built-in AdBlocker System.
