It seems more a novelty. If people want to bump their threads it should be done organically. But maybe I'm too traditional.

I'm of the opinion personally that threads should be bumped only by vouches or some sort of actual input so I'm more of a traditional view as well. But to play a bit of devil's advocate: if the bump button only worked every 2-3 days and didn't make a reply under the thread for the bump and it just shifted the thread to the top of the section, it could make market threads a bit more organized. Instead of threads where every page is just bumps with maybe customer input once every second page or so, it could tidy threads up so when you go in a market thread it's just customer opinions and questions (or actual updates from the seller) while still maintaining the ability to bump to reduce duplicate threads.

naah its preeety boring c.to made it , it does good job instead of writing again and again . plus add postbit man . bump will be developed or not but start working on postbit. plus some cool awards. also.

In my view, a bump button Is predominantly a "want" and not a "need".

If there were reasons to justify Its Implementation to significantly be of benefit, then I'd reconsider my thoughts.

I definitely like the idea of this. This sounds more like what would be useful to everyone, and not just the sellers. However, I have no idea what that would take to implement.

I was just talkin to Oni about this yesterday in Discord, he sais he’s perfectly fine with the way it is. I agree with OP , it would definitely weed out LQ posts. There is nothing “organic” or “traditional” about wanting only High quality bumps. But no worries , still gets the job done
