Request exploiting 3 go binge 07-25-2019, 09:30 PM

Hello
And sorry for this short and rather messy thread.
I am on a cruise ship(my first time in my life)
And have recently purchased a three.co.uk pay as you go plan. One of the features that convinced me to change is the "go binge".
As you might know, wifi on cruise is extremely overpriced, however, if I reboot often, I can get to a 4G tower rather often, with a strength of about -100dBm.
I was wondering does anyone know a method to exploit their go binge feature, which allows Netflix and Snapchat usage to not be taken into account. A quick brainstorm is to label all traffic into either of those services.
Please let me know, thanks!
