"Money can't buy happiness"
I hate when common folk say this! Like, how can you say this when you aren't even in the position of having a boat load of money. I feel like
in order for you to say that you'd have to be making millions and have a bunch of assets. Other wise you aren't in any position to say that.

I disagree with you, think for a moment what makes you happy? What were the happiest moments of your life? I'm not rich, and money can help me a lot and make my life easier, but it has nothing to do with happiness. It can only create an opportunity for you and allow you to do things you wanted but the real situation when we are feeling happiness it with friend and family or when we achieved something that we wanted and worked really hard to get it.

If you rely on materials to keep you happy, then you don't know what is true happiness.

I will atest to the fact that many very wealthy folks are some of the most misrable people I've seen. You can have all the money and the world and be unhappy. Sometimes the simplest things make me the most happy.

Robin Williams was rich yet killed himself due to depression, so did so many others.
Money can't keep you happy all the time. Yes you may be rich to buy stuff you like ect but it can't buy you happiness.
Although while humans depend on others to get happiness ie girlfriend/bf or family it's just natural that we depend on others for happiness.
Thankfully for me chemo destroyed parts of my brain where I rarely ever feel sadness or happiness anymore it's just numb for me while it does cause problems in relationships ect I can't help it cause that was one of the side effects of chemo and I reacted badly to i

You can buy things that will make you content, but you can't buy purpose or fulfillment. If you make money your purpose and equate it to fulfillment, you'll have neither.

Money doesn't buy happiness, money buys things that help make you happy, but it isn't the end all be all. You can be top 1% and still be lonely or angry.

I don't agree with you at all.
I've come across/met some fairly wealthy people who are spiraling downhill. The money they have isn't assisting at all.
