Born Rights? #1
Can it be argued that humans have given-rights or all "men are born equal."

In fact, I'd argue that all people are not born equal.  Some people are born big, some small.  Some have green eyes, others blue.  Male/female.  The list can go on and on...
Who gave born-rights to humans?

Don't get me wrong, I believe in respecting other human beings, but not for such unsupportable and general statements as "all men are born equal."

I don't think that quote was meant for "all men are physically equal". Since it's usually discussed when talking about racism and anti-semitism.

I think the thing is that all people are born as people. Or that everyone has just as many feelings are you do (unless you are a sociopath [*coughAeoliancough*])

It's kind of a "treat others the way you want to be treated" kind of thing. Just said like every man in a history book would say it.

The irony in this is pretty funny to me. You're trying to seem smart but you don't realize how dumb you look for taking the statement "all men are born equal" that literally.

Nobody did. We're born with them. The US constitution was just the first document to solidify those rights in a sovereign government (that I know of).

But "racism" and "anti-semitism" are based on physical differences. Whether or not people want to believe that.

Just like two white dudes might look completely different because of different genetic backgrounds. One may have light skin and many freckles with red hair, and the other may have a more tan colored skin and jet black hair.

I'm sorry, but I forgot about the "Is It A Literal or Figurative Statement? Or Just A Lie?" clause.

That's like saying: "Rats love to watch Spongebob that is streamed to their mind by the sun. I was the first one to declare it to be true. It is true."

The "all men are born equal" are meant to be defenses AGAINST racism / anti semitism?

It's saying. Yeah you look, sound, and are different. But I am aware that you are a human being and will treat you as such

Not treating people with respect when they do nothing wrong / dumb is wrong in a moral sense.

Well, I think it primarily depends on the person and his character!

i believe every human being are born with their own uniqueness,...

i mean yeah you can look at 100 men or women, but they are not born equal... i mean they will have plus and minus.

their fingeprints will also be different, so i dont think they are equal at all...

'All men are born equal' .......The interpretation is that equality is the right of all human beings....man, woman ...irrespective of color, religion, economic status etc. Under the supreme law of any land, all the citizens should be treated equally without any bias.
