There's some books that are good for anatomy, and some for art anatomy. I'd recommend looking for dynamic anatomy books - Burne Hogarth's books are legendary in this field. I've listed a couple below that I've purchased myself.
Anatomy: A Regional Atlas of the Human Body
Burne Hogarth - Dynamic Anatomy: Revised and Expanded Edition
