I have a tablet and I'm wondering if there's anyway to get free books on it. I just want to use it for books.

I think you can just download them in PDF format from torrent sites and alternative sites.

A simple google lookup would give you a lot of results, but if you want to play books in PDF format you can use following sites:

Is there a torrent downloader that uses all of those sites as reference to look up books? That'd be really cool. Like I normally go to PB and lookup a program, but if there was a downloader that had like a torrent search engine or something, it'd be cool too. I guess I was hoping there was some already made program for books, kinda like a Kodi wizard for movies, if you know what I mean. Thanks for the list!

@"OhCanada" Not sure about that. It's very possible that an app like that exists, you might want to expand your searching besides only the app store. Maybe you can find an OS program or something on GitHub or something similar.

Just use an app that allows you to read the books and keep a little tracker of what books you've read.

There's no real need to download them.

Since the device is a Kindle, I just stuck to the basic kindle apps for audiobook and books. They accept all files so it's been fine

RE: Books #9
I just noticed this thread so sorry for coming in late, you will want to download books from sites like http://www.libgen.io/ or use some google hacking to find open Calibre Libraries, then you can import them to your favorite apps, the best app and program is no longer available (Stanza) but there are plenty of alternatives and if you use Calibre Desktop, you can find apps that allow you to save your Calibre Library to a cloud and import them to your mobile device. Kindle will only import pdf and DJVU files last time I checked, but Calibre and Stanza (if you can find it or an alternative) will handle pretty much every format. Oh and Amazon gave pretty much everyone with a kindle (even just the app) 2$ in credits. (edit. I also strongly advise Aldiko for mobile devices, you just put your downloaded books on your sd and have it import them from the sd to the app)
