Bluescreen's Apology Letter And Possibly Last Thread For A Couple Of Years 01-29-2014, 07:04 PM

I am writing this thread today, on the 29th of January from my office room which has now been cleaned out of all items with storage devices, and the likes. The only reason I am able to do this is because of the fact that they let me keep my playstation 3.
As some of you know, on the 27th I was picked up by two police officers while at school, and transported to my home, where they then proceeded to make me give up anything that could be used for storage, including my 16k NOK custom built desktop computer, a laptop, my 2 year old asus desktop, and multiple DVD's aswel as 4 of my memory sticks and external storage devices. However, since this raid was done in such a matter that as far as my knowlege for the law goes, that it might be considered illegal for them to keep or use any of what is on the hdd's I will most likely not get that bad of a punishment. We also have a pretty strong defence, as of this time, but there is still a possibility I will be leaving you for a little while. Although, I hope it doesn't get to that point, I will still make this thread just in the case that I suddently dissappear off the forum and other onine communication services.
I would like to apolize to all the members that I have hurt, made fun off or at some point during my short forum life, made feel uncomfortable or even scared. If I do get off with just a warning, I want you all to know I will no longer be keeping up the act I have been for the last few months. I will also try to generally be less of a douchebag and try to be nicer and help where ever I can. I know you probably wont forgive me for some of what has happened, and probably just hate me even more for this, but please consider the possibility that I have changed. I will not give any more information about this, my local law enforcement team might use this information to prepare themselves, but I will however update this thread with whatever information I can when I have time. When it comes to what I am currently being accused of, I can tell that it had to do with "illegal file sharing and distribution" of 'pornography'. If you want to know exactly what it was that was being shared, you can ask any of the older members, such as breshie, oni, jiggly, etc.

UPDATE #1: Talked to the lawyer that is going to be defending me in this case, and he explained that, even though they illegally stole the computers, they are above the law, and can still use what was on them. The first hearing however, does not count, and I can change my story to whatever I want to and claim that it was the fact that I was tired that I just told whatever I though would get me out. And the mistakes they commited during the raid on the school will also be taken into count in court and so will the fact that they brought up old files and records without proper proof. God, I hate the fucking police system in my fucking area. The case is looking a bit dimmer, and I may be facing some time. They also believe they have found proof that I have been massivly distrivuting it, which is a retarded statement from their part, as if you check the logs you can see that all the file sharing has been cancelled before anything was sent.
UPDATE #2: Great news everypony! I just got a message from the computer 'genious' (as the retard from the first hearing called him) and as of tommorow I will be getting my computer back. I also just ordered a new phone a few days back, so untill then I will be online on skype answering any concernes you may have. I'm hoping that everything else turns out just as great, and I'll update you with more news in about 2 weeks, when were done with the official hearing. I'm so happy right now.
