My dad was was doing some spring cleaning of his attic and asked me if I wanted these:

Knowing full well what they were (I knew we had them, but not where they were at. Even so I did do a quick google search to see what they cost back when) I said yes.
They are currently hooked up to an amp which I pipe audio into from my pc. They may be 30 years old but damn do they sound amazing.

Old hardware when its good is still incredible to this day. Honestly even SEARS brand speakers from back in the day sound pretty decent compared to modern price-equivalent speakers.

And dont get me started on the build quality. Stuff these days just isnt built to last. Ohm also offers replacement parts for all their legacy products, showing they stand by them. How many companies would sell you parts to make repairs yourself in this day and age?

The only car manufacturer that completely supplies parts for their oldest vehicles these days is Mercedes. No one stands by for a long period of time and those that do are the real gems of the industry.

Glad to hear that though my dad might have a primarily Ohm based setup if he didn't sell it. Not really sure I'll have to ask him.
