Some guy in my building put an older gaming rig (I think) beside the trash and only thought to take out the drive(s), RAM, and CPU. Not exactly the smartest.
I scooped a 650-watt Corsair PSU, an Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT Graphics Card, a TVAnywhere expansion card (lol), a MOLEX to SATA adapter, and not one, not two, but six SATA cables. My friend owns a test bench, so I'm going to make sure everything is safe to use before I beef the hell out of the Arch rig. I might even use the PSU in my gaming rig and save myself $60 if it works well enough.

It's often the outcasts, the iconoclasts ... those who have the least to lose because they
don't have much in the first place, who feel the new currents and ride them the farthest.
