I didn't have an Internet connection for a while so I was pretty terrified of how many changes seemed to have been implemented. This thread clears things up. I'm looking forward to SL v3.

According to this thread, it'll be 35% off on your next two upgrades. It can be consecutive, or individual (i.e. applying it to Bronze, not Silver, and then Gold.)
