Depends how much do you allow to risk. Also, if we are talking about a long-term investment or you are expecting to get profit asap. In my opinion, the real estate industry is still a good investment

I've been for a while in real estate and you should check out these property management short courses if you want to know more, or how to make money on this. I do this for a living and as a hobby, I trade crypto and my monthly income is pretty nice. There's also gold as an option to invest in, but I think it's too slow and sometimes it doesn't redeem. Apart from these three, I don't see any other profitable options.

Stocks may be the best hit for slow profit at the moment as they will rise back in the next few years.

I believe you can profit a lot from real estate, I've seen Stephan Graham on YouTube sharing stories and experiences, as well as some tips that you may find useful to increase your real estate profit.

I don't know how much can you profit from cryptocurrency investing, but I believe it's nice side hustle to do cryptocurrency trading (e.g selling btc for usd or other currencies and vice versa on sites like LocalBitcoins).

And yeah, I do agree with you on gold investing.

I personally suggest Crypto currency as I believe its undervalued at it's current state, it's a risky investment though and might have to HODL for several years to see good returns, otherwise u could become a daytrader in crypto which could earn you a good amount if u do it consistently.

right now, due to this virus and things that may come after (economic crisis), I guess no investment is secure. I would still suggest investment in gold, especially if you have high sums to invest. For mid term, gold is more safe than crypto imho
