For 2 3 years in a row in my spare time, I focus on Web Dev The Best Source of Nulled WordPress Themes Plugins and PHP scripts without being infected is Removed- Staff.
There are many Nulled Themes Providers out there but they scrape from [snip] and repost with malware which leads to failed project development.
If someone is interested in specific resources can reply to this thread and can provide more sources if need.

No I do not promote the forum its just the only place i have found to have themes plugins and scripts with zero malware as it can provide a developer create unlimited quality websites saving thousands.
Its just what i use and i want to save time to someone who searches for a good source I thought of uploading separately but there are too much.
