You forgot Github's Atom, i personally use it and i think it overcomes Sublime Text 2/3 as i used to use that for 4 years.

I prefer Sublime text. It has many nice features like mini-map, multi cursor mode etc.

Anybody here use vscode? I've used it for other things, just not too extensively with php.

VSCode can be a very powerful tool if you use the right extensions.
I still prefer PhpStorm tho as it just offers so much stuff in its base configuration.
