Great list, though I really wouldn't consider some of these as IDE's per se. Such as notepad++, VIM, and sublime text I find to be more editors than IDE's.

Currently I am using ST3 and even use rsub sometimes to edit files over ssh

Those are advanced text editors, not IDEs mate. Just to note this.
(although Vim could be transformed on any language IDE lol its not but default).
