You'll find that most people would be in support of something like this, as they aren't in charge of making sure the value of AP is maintained. I'm not adding this because the lottery already gives plenty AP. It would still hurt the value of it, even though the idea would only be redistributing it.

I believe the lottery is fine as it is - a distributor of money, although I also think there should be kind of site-created pot. Say, 10% extra onto whatever people put in (so if 10 people bought tickets, which would equate to 1000AP, the total prize value would be 1100AP).

Vary the rates or whatever, but I think that could work.
Not really like anything has to be changed though. Nobody's complaining about the current state of the lottery.

In a sense, although I see no issue in making it exist.
It'd be generated. When somebody makes a thread, they get 5AP. When somebody buys a ticket in the lottery, an extra 10AP is added to the lottery on top of their 100? :p

Its not as easy as that. I have this plugin, and its a lot more work than its worth, even though it would make the members extra happy.

It wouldn't be hard to implement, actually. The issue is it would have a negative impact on our currency.
