It's become a lot better than it was before, it's shit compared to Pentoo or Backbox though.

I use backtrack for wifi hacking and more of the same. I wouldn't prefer it as a main os.

By the way, I found out just then that BackTrack 5 R3 just came out, or maybe a while ago, I don't know.

It's good to have on a CD or Flash drive, just in case. I would not recommend it as main OS, though.
