I followed some of this, but not everything. I also followed the 'news' regarding 2 possible suspects.
I believe 4chan did a good job, although I don't know if they found them directly.

They arrested 2 other guys, not the guys from 4chan.

Yeah, I thought so when I saw the images. Not sure if they found the suspects with the help of the internet though.
