On-topic: This explosion had nothing to do with North Korea.. I find it funny how some of you are suggesting that. It's just fucked-up terrorists doing "their job." It's all very confusing just now but the truth will soon spill, probably tomorrow morning we'll all hear about it.

Thanks for the new section, I was thinking about suggesting this soon.

But OT: How can you conclude this? Maybe it wasn't NK's direct orders, but it may have something to do with them. As I stated earlier, a psychotic supported may have do it.
Either way, it's still a terrorist attack.

Nonono not them directly. Like some crazy supporter of them who wanted to "celebrate."
For example, let's say a crazy American supporter lived in China. On the 4th of July, he launched a few bombs to kill people.
Something along the lines of cause and effect. (Important day is the cause and the effect is the bombing.)
