The airing time of a anime episode is on 30 minutes at average, out of that 1:30 minutes are intro and another 1:30 minutes are outros. (Generally speaking.) This means that a actual episode is on about 26-27 minutes. Special episodes can be everything from 15 min to 1 hour in general and OVA's are generally around 45 minutes long.
