I think that one is my favourite also. It makes me want to attempt a digital painting that looks like that. It's stunning.

I don't see any reason why you shouldn't have a shot at digital painting.

You already have the foundation of a very talented artist, so It's within your capacity and capability. If It were myself, forget It- I go as far as being proficient In MS Paint.

Thank you very much! I've been working on traditional painting (acrylic on canvas etc) as of late. So haven't spent much time doing digital. I think this would be a nice piece to try, though.

I always find space really sad, as many of the stars we're seeing are already dead (since it takes so long for light to travel).

I agree. That, and knowing we may never be able to reach that far.

I think its sad in a happy way. Like its dead and we never had a chance to go to that star, but beautiful and happy in the fact its so vast and so much we can learn.

Also I like doing canvas work, sometimes working with the hands and getting a little messy is refreshing to the soul.
