Artificial Intelligence #1
People claim that within a few years AI will take over almost all of the jobs, but this is impossible? Because the economy of the world would go to shit and people can’t work anymore, so they can’t buy anything and companies won’t get profit? Or maybe everyone will have a robot later on who works for them? What do you think?
As long as you are living, you will face problems. But you serve a God who solves problems.

I think this will not happen. What happens if the robots break down at work. Who will fix it?
My IT skills that I know perfect is SQL, HTML ,css ,wordpress, PHP.

Those who designed and developed It.

Right, but I was talking about in manners that the company will lose more money getting the robot fix. Than paying the real everyday working person a salary.

It depends the number of times It breaks down, and the cost of repair.

If It's once In a decade with a blown fuse costing 3$, then that speaks for Itself.

Who says that AI will take of all jobs in a few years? Thats not rational. Sure AI will take over alot of jobs over the next lets say 10/15 years, but all? Thats not realistic.

I think that this will not happen within the coming 100 years, honestly we are far from developing technologies that would be able to take over all jobs.

But what is happening is that we are trying to make AI do jobs that are too hard for a human being, at the moment AI is not here to replace us human beings but rather to assist us at difficult tasks. That's how I would put it.

I would be inclined to disagree with you here.

Let's take the most popular example of where AI would replace humans, the transport industry. About 2 000 000 people are employed in this industry. When the autos (AI cars/trucks) become publicly available most of these people will lose their job. Their wages account for about 33% of transport companies expenses. Further most white collar jobs are easily replaceable by AI's as they are very repetitive in nature. Professions are a little harder to replace with AI's but, if we look in the health field, there are already AI's being used to diagnose cancer. These AI¨'s would also have a better understanding and would better be able to give a person the drugs that they need, without them interfering. Lawyers aren't safe either as most of their job is reading through documents and finding the needle in the haystack.

I do however agree that AI taking over all our jobs is quite a bit into the future, and that computer science will be one of the last fields standing. Because if an AI is able to make other better AI, that would end in a super powerful AI, that can make an AI for everything else.

I guess humans will have to find such thing that machines can't do

I think we're forgetting that something like this already happened before. The jobs we have now, will not be the same, but that does not mean we will not have jobs. For example, many technologies replaced huge portions of workers in factories during the industrial revolution, yet we still employ people in factories as line managers, machine minders, and more. Another example, we used to employ people skilled in mathematics as computers (they were literally called computers) but then computers (PCs as we know them now) still need to be used and manipulated by humans now. Perhaps when robots and AI replace us in our current positions, we will be doing more data analytics and design work, or more service industry work.

TL;DR: Workforce demand will change, not disappear with AI and robotic development.
