Are the gods real? 09-12-2016, 02:56 AM

I like to believe that are real for a classified reason.
But, unfortunately I have nothing to back that up.
Everything has been alternatively proven.
The big bang, evolution and pretty much everything that makes up the world.
What are your thoughts?
Did you just assume my gender?

I don't believe in a god or gods. I don't believe in anything spiritual or magic. I was raised in a hispanic household, Catholic/Christian. Later on in life is when I realized, why am I talking to myself? Where is this "God"? The bible has been revised countless of times, and it's just a story. I just starting questioning my religion. I've asked my parents innocent questions like "how come i can't see god" and they would respond with "he's with u all the time, in spirit". I would also ask stuff like "why did god let that man kill all those innocent people" on a news report we were watching and they would say shit like "oh, God has plans for him in heaven". I was just tired of the bullshit. Age 13 marked the official age where I converted to Athiesm.

Honestly depends what day you ask me. If the gods are so real and powerful and nice why do they allow for such suffering.
