I would start out in an Apartment.
But eventually move into a house when I have enough money.

Even though i can afford a house now as a teenager i have to admit apartments/condos are sooo much more fun not really sure why just my personal opinion. In your case OP get an apartment.

If I were to have any desirable amount of money...I would probably pick an apartment to begin with. I would take examples from what you said...such as have a suitable finance. I could then save up and afford a better home.

I'd much prefer an apartment, mainly because if you've got the money you can get a super nice apartment with a very nice view and it will mainly just look awesome. Apartments are just generally awesome.

Financial wise i would start out with an apartment but as time goes one and if find a career to sustain yourself and starting a family a house would be more suitable. But it depends what financial situation your in if you are loaded at a young age anything is possible.

Starting off get an apartment. You won't have many people living with you and it'll be cheaper. After you start having your own family then move to a house.

apartment. You don't have to do the upkeep etc. landlord takes care of everything. Just pick a nice one. That's what I am doing. I can get a house if I wanted but why do that and spend more money when I'm good where I am at? Leaves me more money for other things
