Good for her. If they're offering her $200,000, that means they intend to make much more out of the transaction.

I've told her straight up that when she dies, I wanna inherit her lease LMFAOOOO. Cause $600 a month in the area she lives in is literally god-tier.

I would rather prefer to live in an apartment where I suppose my expense will be within my budget. Since building maintenance and cost of common works will be shared, it will be easy on my pocket.

It is better to own a small place be it an apartment or house rather than staying in a rented place. I will be moving into my new apartment very soon. Once I clear that mortgage loan, I will sell it and invest in a house.

Rent Is throwing your money away. At least with a mortgage that's sometimes no more expensive than renting, the property will one day be your own.

I would prefer a house rather than an apartment. Especially if you have pets at home and you require privacy, go in for a house even if it costs more.
