If I can't get asleep I'll usually just watch some TV. That usually makes me sleepy. I'd recommend you watch the latest Purge, definitely the best out of the three.

I watch YouTube or Netflix documentaries until I fall asleep, or what I do now is just have a small stash of weed I use to help sleep.

Yeah I'm trying to, was thinking of going to see someone for this actually. Since it happens atleast 3-4 times a month(once per week).

I was to some degree "diagnosed" with Insomnia. (Rather the doc insisted it was that, but because my mom never wanted to take me to a shrink, I was never diagnosed.) So knowing that I sat down and thought a bit, exactly what can be the cause that I can't sleep? I dissected my entire life, looking upon each thing I did, each person I met daily and so on. Figuring out the pieces I did not like, and decided to change them. If it was related to stress, I figured out how to be less stressed, if it was because I was afraid or bothered by something, then I figured out how to fix it. Normally, the lack of sleep comes from a few things.

Such as closed thoughts, regrets or things you aren't exactly looking forward to. (Such as going to sleep on a Sunday, knowing you have to work or go to school the next day is a fairly common thing for teenagers to lose sleep over). Another would be that you simply use screens too much, hence why it is recommended to read a book or something away from screens 30 mins before you plan to go to bed. That way you'll also sleep better.

Old thread, but It's active once again hence I'll post my thoughts.

I don't sleep well, regardless of what time I go to bed. I tend to flush my thoughts, and try to have a clear mind when attempting to fall asleep. For the most part, It works to a certain extent.
