Narcissu 1st & 2nd are pretty darn good VNs. They both hit me right in the feels. Start with the second one. It's the prequel.

G-senjo no Maou was excellent for its story. There's h scenes in it though, but it's not a huge focus. Maybe 2 max per route.
Fate/Hollow ataraxia is also out finally... But I expect you played this already Biggrin

Much hype for Chain Chronicles (I play the mobile game) to continue airing and Kantai Collection's anime to come out January of next year.

Ohhh sounds fun. I'll download the game on my android. I don't have too much time to play a JRPG on my phone but I definitely try to put in some hours. Ohhh the anime starts airing really close to my birthday! Cool.

Manga is really more fun. Sometimes reading a story can have a greater effect then watching a movie right?

I also admit that there are some animes which are better than their original manga but most of the time anime tends to lag in excitement especially for long running ones (Naruto for example). since they use mostly useless fillers so the anime doesn't catch up with the manga.

Many anime which are credited as one of the best (death note, full metal alchemist brotherhood) closely (i mean really closely) follow the manga and gave justice to the original plot.

I don't really say which anime/manga series is best or not since everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I do agree that FMA: Brotherhood was one of the better ones I've read and watched out of most others.

If there's one thing I'll never like in an anime series, it's using fillers - it almost never contributes to the storyline and feels like a waste of production, as well as time for the viewers.

Wait SAO II? I can't even finish SAO II because it's so cut-and-paste. But well done finishing AOT, I liked that. Even if the hype on AOT was huge, it still played out well.

SAO II is more interesting than the last season of it which in my opinion was not worth the hype as only the animation was good and the less said about the story and the characters. However, the latest arc of SAO II is better than the last season and first part of SAO II. This latest arc will restore SAO if they can bring some character development and a good story that is not cut and paste.-
