What pushes you to keep on watching them, then?

I probably won't start on it until the series is finished airing, I can't handle waiting a week per episode. I tried doing that before with Chuunibyou season 2 and the wait was excrutiating.

The same goes for Mekaku City Actors. Sorry, @"Duubz".

I think Rosario was the last harem anime I watched before giving up on the genre.

Which was a good idea anyways. I'm currently forcing myself through Kanojo ga Flag wo Oraretara, since I expect the bullshit story to entertain me with being nonsensical and badly thought through. But the harem aspect is sometimes too much to bear. The series reminds me once again why I usually don't watch the genre.

There's probably some series out there that might actually have a good storyline outside of the breast and panty shots along with the girls falling in love for ridiculous reasons, but I haven't come across a decent one so far.

I only lasted for two episodes, at least. I get that the series can be entertaining, I mean, it's pretty ridiculous overall (at least from what I saw). But that wasn't enough to keep me going. (Now that I think about it, the same is true for Kanojo ga Flag. Maybe I should drop it after all.)

If you're more than a few episodes in, I'd suggest finishing it then. At least this way, when you tell people you didn't like it, they can't pester you on that front.

If I've seen more than half of a show already, I don't really like dropping it anyways. I guess I'll force myself through the rest and not watch the second season, if it'll get one (and harems seem to always get those).
