Hasn't responded to messages since payment and hasn't been online Discord since nor SL.

Also he told me to send payment as f&f so I'm trying to get it refunded as unauthorized charge currently.

Simply call up PP. They can the take the issue form there.

Paypal cant do anything if its sent by F&F. No matter what evidence you have, they won't do a thing.
