I'm surprised nobody has said paintball or Airsoft yet.
Don't talk about it, be about it.

I've been paint-balling, but I've never thought of it as a sport; It's normally a day out with the lads, never something I'd do every week religiously.

Can't go paint balling, not sure what the rules over there are but you have to be 18 here and I'm 17 Sad

Wow that's strange. From what I understand there is no age restriction on possessing or shooting a paintball gun here in the USA. I know there is no age limit for airsoft either.

Paintball can be just as intense as a conventional sport. Training and drilling with your team can be a fun and exciting way to exercise for hours at a time. Then having actual battles really puts your skills to the test.

You can target shoot with airsoft guns for relatively cheap if you like.

Actual target shooting (With real guns) is probably my favorite sport.

I'm selling my Spyder T series gun if you're ever in the market for one. I'll give you an excellent deal :3
