I've been watching Jormungand and !SPOILER ALERT DO NOT UNSPOIL IF YOU ARE BEHIND EP15!This, as a result, makes the anime far more heavy and with greater depth than Akame ga Kill in that respect. It's a common thing. Fire one bullet and everyone freaks out. If a gun fires seventeen a day, soon people will accept it as normal and ignore it. Novelty is shocking, and growing around that is what's impacts the hardest. Jormungand succeeds where Akame ga Kill fails miserably. I can't help but compare the two side-by-side, since I feel like both wish to convey the same message despite a violently different approach.Spoiler:
, so far, only one present team member has died. ( R/Renato).

I want to read the manga but I don't want to ruin the anime for myself
I kind of like it because of that.
