I honestly just don't have $130 atm. As most of the Staff team are aware I currently have time off work so I'm receiving almost no income, pretty hard to pay for everything I need just to live on minimal income.

Obviously, he/she/it/satan does not have the ability to pay right now and their word that they will get you the money is enough.
