The past 2-3 months we've been at full capacity and have been unable to keep up with demand. I know the feeling, I told you I used to manage several forums years ago.
The amount of time put and the effort is beyond every imagination (if you care about it).
Also, your wallet will be happy about it.

This Is how It should be with every board/site.

If It comes to the point of something you "have to do" as opposed to something you "want to do", then It's time to either change your management strategies, or find another Interest. Of course, this Is not aimed at yourself, but rather generally speaking.
