It can be implemented but don't know if implementing it will be worth it, the like button is fine for me.

I think "Like" is already pretty universal, personally.

I'm confused. So an acknowledged button for a post that you acknowledge, but don't necessarily like? Why stop there though? I'd also like buttons for posts that I hated. We need the other end of the spectrum please! Posts that I've read but didn't understand. Posts that I saw but didn't bother reading. A giggle button to show that it made me laugh. A cancer button to show when it gave me cancer.
